All our toys can be cleaned using water and a soft and delicate soap such as hand soap and then left to air dry. If you choose to use a delicate soap make sure you rinse off all residue with water. Be careful not to use harsh soaps such as dish soaps, alcohol-based soaps or heavily perfumed soaps and these could damage the silicone. 

If you choose to use a lubricant make sure you use a water-based solution rather than silicone-based moisturisers as they could damage the silicone and your device hampering your pleasure which we don’t want!  

Storage of your toy is just as important. Storing in a soft pouch that’s lint free will make sure fibres don't malt onto the silicone surface. Using a pouch is also a great way to keep your toys hidden from prying eyes. We also recommend you keep them out of harsh sunlight, somewhere dry and at room temperature.

We have partnered with Amazon logistics for all shipping for a seamless experience. We offer free shipping to all UK customers. Free shipping tends to take up to five business days but may arrive earlier.

Returns

We’re dedicated to offering a 100% satisfaction however if your product doesn't meet your satisfaction due to a technical issue with your toy we will refund or replace your item. If you have simply changed your mind then simply email returns@lillymaye.com and our team can discuss your options. 

We can not return or replace any item where the hygiene cellophane packaging has been opened unless the product is faulty. 

We offer a 30 day returns policy.  A return or refund out of this time won't be able to be processed.
